Implementation Status: completed_partial Tue 24 Sep 2013, Over 11 Years agoField Visit Report of Farida, Laltu, Biswajit and Shilpi
In the beginning this well was used well but later problem occurred over drainage of water that was resolved. As soon as the drains were set up and neighbors started using the well the hand pump got stolen. It seems people are not concerned about their health much so door-to-door campaign followed by another projector program will be done again in October and November 2013 in this area together with three more bi-tech wells with similar issues. Educating the villagers of these backward communities by frequent visits is needed.

There is a dispute about accessing the well. The family nearest to the well is not allowing the neighbors to access the well saying that their compound gets flooded. There was quarrel and fight on this issue reported to the team. Laltu and Farida will visit the village on Monday 5th Nov to investigate the real reason behind the fight and how to resolve the matter and they will also organise a projector program to be held on friday the 9th Nov.

How it Works
Every field note helps building a history of activity at the project site. Every visit should result in a field note, including visits by peers and 3rd parties. Visits can be before implementation, during implementation and during operational state.
If the field note is during the operating phase of the project, then PWX considers the note as a verification note. Verification can show if the current operating state is different from that in the 'final' report and thus draw attention and resources to resolve issues.
Soon PWX AnalytiX will track the number of projects verified and combine that with the amount of time elapsed since 'completion', to summarize monitoring efforts and the sustainability of projects.
