As soon as the funds to complete the project reached our account we started immediately to further the construction, so that the tanks can at least store a little water, from the ending rainy-season.

By now the status is as follows:
RWHT in Mile38/Magbontoso:
The roof has been adjusted sligthly as the contractor didn't make the surface correct - water settled. Now the roof is fine, the filtering tank has been built, the collectors fixed and connected. The tank is already gathering rainwater. The pumphead has not yet been fixed as the inside of the tank has to be cleaned properly first.

Construction of the tank at Magbontoso went well but due to heavy rains starting in May, work was disturbed. However, the tank was protected from the rainfalls and is now to be finished.

As the community project in Banda Sirma did not succseed, the RWHT in Magbontoso was extended to 150.00 litres. The community of Mile 38 joined and assisted in the excavation. It took more than 4 weeks as they met stones during the excavation
