Other Issues

Unusual and unexpected issues faced during project execution

people are not using because there is sand in water. Need to do maintenance.

Learnings

Knowledge of project and process for sharing

It is always preferable to complete construction including housing before the monsoon arrives that is in mid-June. Because during and after monsoon work becomes hindered due to the high level of the water table. But in this case sand is coming out that could be only observed during the first monsoon after construction and maintenance work can only be followed after the water table goes down sometimes in December and can be as late as in February in some places.

Impact

Maintenance/Operating Costs Annual, in US$: $40

Creating and measuring long-term impact
