Organization Background Neer jaal is an effort towards generating and making public information about water situation at the village level. The idea is to bring bottoms up information about various aspects of water and life dependent on it. Neer jaal is a web-based multi-lingual information for anybody and everybody to use to provide information on water from his/her areas of belongs. Neer jaal aspires to provide water information from all 6,45,00 villages of India along with all urban areas through democratic participation and contribution of the people of India.
